Congratulations to Luke McCue for his promotion to INSTRUCTOR. Luke started training at ECKD in June 2012.
As well as his promotion to Instructor he also achieved promotion to Blue Belt, thus ensuring he has a lot of experience to pass on to ECKD students.
Congratulations to Lola Morris for her promotion to CHIEF
INSTRUCTOR. Lola started training at ECKD in July 2011 with her
brother Finlay (see nearby photo). They both became an awesome
duo when performing techniques in front of the class. Finlay is going
to University so can no longer be with us, but fortunately we still
have Lola so it is fitting we reward all her effort and loyalty over the
years by this promotion. CHIEF Instructor is second only to SENIOR
instructor which is the highest achieveable rank in ECKD, and well
within her grasp. So we look forward very much to her achieving the
ultimate goal at ECKD.

Well done to Yasmin McColl-Benzerari on her promotion to SENIOR instructor AND NEW SCHOOL OWNER!
Yasmin has been a student at ECKD for 9 years and has steadily progressed through the ranks to this most senior position. To add to her credits is
the fact that she is the FIRST ECKD student to open her own school. It’s no surprise to all that know her because she is a ‘natural’ teacher and
leader. We wish Yasmin and her ECKD school at Crown Woods every success!

Congratulations to Archie Forrest on his promotion to INSTRUCTOR. Archie started training at ECKD in October 2017.
As well as his promotion to Instructor he also achieved promotion to Gold Senior Belt and is well on his way to Black Belt and beyond! Archie is a
credit to ECKD, and we know he will be a great role model to our younger students. PIL SUNG! Archie.

Congratulations to Danny on his promotion to INSTRUCTOR. Danny started training at ECKD in December 2017.
As well as his promotion to Instructor he has also achieved promotion to Green Belt. We’ve had our eye on Danny for some time regarding becoming
an instructor, and are delighted he has joined our instructor team. PIL SUNG! Danny.

Congratulations to Daniel Austin for his promotion to Instructor. Daniel started his ECKD training in July 2018 and has excelled in every grade
promotion he has entered. He often teaches and has a natural ability to explain techniques and motivate students. We look forward to Daniel
continuing his ECKD career and achieving his Black Belt grade! PIL SUNG!

average’ progress all the way up to his present belt achievement. He has a gift for teaching both younger and older students. We look forward to Finlay
